By Kevin Smith at 2010-08-25 02:15:55
Angeline Bakkila is a charming personality who enjoys cooking. She loves to cook for her friends and family. At the weekends and at special occassions, Angeline delights her guests with delicious recipes. Her favourite Bakkila chocolate cake and Bakkila fried sesame corn bread are appreciated by all her guests and family members.

Angeline Bakkila likes to try her hand at new and exotic recipes. She has tried a variety of Chinese, Mexican, Lebanese, Italian, French, and Indian cuisine. As Angeline loves hot food, so her most preferred ones are Mexican and Indian recipes. Recently she came across a sumptuous Indian recipe. Made from potatoes and capsicum, stuffed capsicum recipe stole Angeline’s heart. She prepared it at the weekend for her family. Stuffed capsicum requires few capsicums. For filling the capsicum, one may use any preferred vegetables. Angeline’s favorite is potatoes. She stuffed capsicums with potatoes. For preparing the filling, fry some onions in oil, add a pinch of turmeric, cumin seeds, red chillies (if desired), salt, coriander seeds, and mustard seeds. Add boiled potatoes when the onions turn golden brown. Cook for few minutes, till the whole mixture looks smooth and consistent. Next, scoop out the capsicum and fill them with the above-prepared mixture. Now cook the capsicums on a low flame in a frying pan with some oil. The delicious stuffed capsicums would be ready in few minutes. Angeline Bakkila relished her stuffed capsicums with rice and Indian bread.

Angeline Bakkila takes care of the tastes of her family and prepares dishes that her family loves to eat. Angeline plans to join a cooking class to learn more about the Indian, Chinese, and Mexican cuisine.
