Angeline Bakkila Has A Passion For Cooking

By Kevin Smith at 2010-09-27 06:14:07
Angeline Bakkila has a passion for cooking. Ever since she was a little child she showed interest in cooking and learned her mother’s recipes very quickly. She grew up to be an excellent cook, and she enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family at weekends or special occasions. She is known for making delicious food that is not only tasty but also rich in nutrients. Out of everything she has ever made, her favorite remains Bakkila chocolate cake and Bakkila friend sesame corn bread. Both are also widely appreciated by her guests and family members.

Apart from cooking her mother’s recipes, Angeline Bakkila often tries her hand at continental foods like Chinese, Mexican, Lebanese, Italian, French, Indian, and Japanese etc. Her personal favorite are spicy curry foods like Mexican, Indian and Thai. Angeline Bakkila says cooking eliminates stress and lets a person be creative. Recently she came across a sumptuous Indian recipe which is made from potatoes and capsicum. The whole thing comes out so delicious that she prepared it at the weekend for her family. The recipe for this mouthwatering dish requires a few capsicums and some vegetables and most importantly potatoes. One can stuff whatever vegetables they like but Angeline specifically loves the potato filled combination.

Angeline Bakkila prepares the filling by frying some onions in oil and adding a pinch of turmeric, cumin seeds, red chilies (as per the taste), salt, coriander seeds and mustard seeds. She later adds onions to the potatoes and cooks them for a few minutes till it looks smooth and consistent. Later she scoops out the capsicum and fills the above prepared mixture and cooks the capsicums on a low flame in a frying pan with some oil. The delicious stuffed capsicums would be ready in few minutes, opines Angeline Bakkila. She keeps in mind the tastes of the people she invites over for dinners and lunches. Her future plans are to join a professional cookery course and participate in cooking competitions. To learn more about Angeline, log on to http://www.angelinebakkila.com.
